Service Hours/Parent Volunteer Commitment
- Each Registered family performs 12 hours of volunteer service to the school. If you prefer not to participate, you may buy out the commitment for $300.00 per family annually.
- All service hours will recorded first prior to any compensation for work done.
- Families receiving assistance will be expected to complete and additional nine volunteer hours for every $500.00 of assistance toward tuition.
- Please note that all volunteers coming in contact with students are required by the Rockford Diocese to undergo a personal background check and complete a VIRTUS child safety training course. To register for an upcoming VIRTUS class entitled “Protecting God’s Children,” please go to www.VIRTUS.org. VIRTUS training and background checks must be completed and paperwork submitted to the school office by October 31st.

- Days of the month payment can be withdrawn – you choose-1st, 15th, or 20th
